The narrow feeder Uncoiler 3 in 1 adopts a computer NC control system with a more user-friendly design. It is suitable for feeding and straightening various sheets of metal; this type of machine is mainly used to straighten materials with a thickness of 0.6 ~ 6.0 mm, and the arm system generally adopts 7. The maximum width of the corresponding material is 2000 mm. It is suitable for the continuous processing of stamping various hardware, electronics, electrical appliances, molds, and automotive parts, feeding correction, precision, and durability; in the die, there is no need for manual feeding, saving labor and providing high safety.

The customization of this model is more flexible. If the width of the coil is narrow, dual limit rollers can be customized.

Features and Advantages

  1. The thick plate uncoiler straightening feeding machine 3 in 1 is specially designed with a set of counter-pressure rollers, which is suitable for punching, uncoiling, and leveling the feeding of coils with a thickness of 0.6 mm to 6.0 mm and a width of 70 mm to 1300 mm.
  2. The tile plate of the material frame adopts a four-leaf design, the radius of the leaf is consistent with the inner diameter of the material, the surface of the leaf is hard, smooth, and wear-resistant, and will not damage the material during use. The expansion of the inner diameter adopts a rotary oil cylinder, hydraulic expansion. The material reel adopts a wedge-shaped sliding structure and simultaneously uses a drum brake, which can effectively prevent the material from dispersing due to rotational inertia during braking.
  3. The discharge width is adjusted by the two screw stopper rollers. When discharging, the outer stopper roller is lifted by the cylinder to avoid the material, allowing for easy loading and unloading of the material.
  4. The straightening roller is made of high-alloy bearing steel and undergoes a series of heat treatments (quenching and tempering + high-frequency treatment + hard chrome plating) to strictly ensure the rigidity of the straightening roller and the surface finish of the straightening roller, ensuring the correction of straightened material during the straightening process. The surface performance, the hardness of the surface of the straightening roller is as high as HRC60, ensuring high precision and high wear resistance.
  5. The feeding port of the leveling feeder head adopts a two-bar pinch feeding and pressing structure. The motor drives the upper and lower pinch rollers to work through the reducer and sends the material head to the leveling host.
  6. Four helical gears and worm screws are used for adjustments, which drives the upper sliding control to move up and down, to achieve the adjustment of the pressing amount. An adjustment dial is connected to the adjustment handwheel to accurately show the amount of adjustment.
  7. The feeding output is equipped with a supporting material guide rail device so that the leveled material can enter the mold steadily and straight for operation. (This unit is removable)
  8. The elevation of the body adopts electric drive with four worm screws to raise and lower, and the feeding line height can be easily adjusted.
