The MAC2 3-in-1 uncoiler straightener feeder adopts a bottom feeding method, which is suitable for punching, uncoiling, and leveling the feeding of medium and thin sheet coils with a thickness of 0.3 to 3.2 mm and a width of 50 mm to 800 mm. The achievement of super flatness is made possible by the use of 11 working rollers (6 upper/5 lower), which achieves the highest level of flatness in the field of medium and thin plates and medium and thick plates. It can serve high-speed precision punching machines with greater demands.

For models over 500 mm in this series, a feeding arm and an input pressure device will be added to assist in feeding; the direct-drive variable frequency control gearbox motor facilitates changing the correction speed to match the production line speed. In addition, the adoption of high-precision gear without chain and direct transmission allows the working rollers to operate smoothly even when the dynamics reach their limits. This provides a guarantee for users to produce high-precision products.

This series of 3-in-1 machines is generally used in the home appliance industry, and the maximum width is currently 800 mm; depending on the material thickness, this model is generally equipped with punches lower than 200T.

1. Integration of material rack, straightener, and feeder: strong complete set, reasonable and compact combination, which can save space and area to the greatest extent.
2. The high-precision design ensures zero wear of the material: the design of four blades in the material rack section, the radius of the blade is consistent with the internal diameter of the material, the surface of the blade is hard, smooth, and wear-resistant, the blade width ≥ 200 mm, thickness ≥ 18 mm; damage the material.
3. Perfect lubrication system: The leveling and feeding are equipped with butter pumps, which can regularly refill the gears, and there are refueling points in frequently moving components to ensure stable lubrication of the equipment.
4. There are 11 leveling rollers, and high-strength GCr15 bearing steel is used. After cooling and tempering treatment, high-frequency cooling, the surface hardness can reach HRC60-62 degrees after hard chrome plating, and the dimensional accuracy is 0.01 mm. The rigidity and surface finish of the leveling rollers guarantee the surface properties of the material being leveled during the leveling process.
5. The material in the rack is controlled by the photoelectric contrast below. The leveling feeder head can be leveled while the material is fed with a preset feeding length to the punching die. Instantly relax the material action, press down with force, and guide the material accurately.
6. The operation of each auxiliary device works with air or electricity, which is easy to operate and easy to maintain. After debugging, the error rate is low.
