In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, A&G PLASTIC MACHINERY, GA ADMINISTRACION Y SERVICIOS, HAAS MACHINE TOOLS, HIFIN SOLUTION, HI-TEC CNC MÉXICO, HITEC TOOLS, HITEC CNC MAQUINARIA MÉXICO, and NEXTTEC MACHINERY, all under the abbreviation S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter referred to as GRUPO HI-TEC), hereby inform you of the GRUPO HI-TEC’s policy and management of personal data. Committed to safeguarding the Holder’s Personal Data, GRUPO HI-TEC constantly makes its best efforts to prevent unauthorized access, committing to implement the necessary physical, administrative, and technical security measures to protect personal information against damage, theft, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing. The Personal Data provided by the Holder to GRUPO HI-TEC is used for their identification, to offer services, guidance, advice, and assistance or to receive services, as well as to coordinate and manage all services provided by GRUPO HI-TEC, such as name, address, phone numbers, email, company, city, state or province, and postal code, etc. Except for Sensitive Personal Data, the personal information provided by the Holder may also be used for statistical purposes, service administration, development of new products and/or services, analysis of product, service, and website usage, when required by law, to request updates of your data and identification documents, operation and administration of our businesses. For the aforementioned purposes, this information may be shared in the following cases:

a) Jointly operated or commercially allied companies or third parties that need to know the information to fulfill the relationship with the Holder,
b) Companies working on behalf of GRUPO HI-TEC,
c) If required by a competent authority or applicable law establishing the obligation to share it.

The Holder may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition of their provided personal data (“ARCO Rights”) as referred to in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. To this end, they must submit a written request in person at the address of CALLE ANTONIO M. RIVERA 10 INDUSTRIAL, TLALNEPANTLA, ESTADO DE MÉXICO, 54030, or send an email request to avisoprivacidad@grupohitec.com, containing at least the following information:

(i) Name of the Holder of the Personal Data
(ii) Documents proving their identity;
(iii) Address or any other means to receive communications and a response to their request;
(iv) If acting as a legal representative, the document evidencing their representative powers;
(v) A clear and precise description of the personal data for which ARCO Rights are being exercised; and
(vi) Any other element required under the legislation and the latest Privacy Policy in effect at the time of the request.

The Holder’s Personal Data may be transferred to third parties to: (a) pursue and fulfill the purposes for which their data was provided, (b) comply with current legal provisions, and
(c) comply with court orders or legal mandates.

In the event of Personal Data transfer, it will always be carried out using legal instruments and/or frameworks that provide an adequate level of protection and security measures for such data. GRUPO HI-TEC reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Notice at any time to address, adapt, and comply with applicable legal changes or internal policies or new requirements for the provision or management of our services or products.
